It may also be necessary to have thought through the loan before you start the process. Are you going to borrow money in Norway or Spain? Spanish banks require around 30% to 35% equity. Perhaps it is an idea to borrow a little on the home in Norway and the rest in a Spanish bank, if you don't have the capital on hand? The homes in the north of Alicante province are often a bit more expensive than in the south of the province, so you are aware of this. But the investment might still be better.
