Popular beaches on the Costa Blanca coast

Costa Blanca coast - The white coast

There are few if any areas in Europe that have as many top beaches as the Costa Blanca coast, also called the white coast. This is a 200 km stretch in the province of Alicante in eastern Spain.

The coastline stretches from Denia in the north to Murcia in the south, more specifically Pilar de la Horadada. There are probably many Norwegians who have found their very own special beach among the many popular beaches here. We have taken the trouble to name some of the most popular beaches along the Costa Blanca. But we know there are many more. And the definition of what are the best beaches is not necessarily the ones that are the most popular. Some like beaches with beach bars and activities, while others want calm, quiet coves. Maybe you should actually take the car and explore more than the beaches you visit the most. The Costa Blanca coast is long, so there is a lot to explore and experience. The beaches in Alicante province are used all year round. Not just for swimming, because the beaches are a bit like the forest in Norway. They are used for walking and training.
