Exclusive houses and residences in Finestrat and Balcon de Finestrat

Finestrat and Balcon de Finestrat is a fantastic area where new fine and exclusive houses and residences have been built and are still being built. The area is a 30-40 minute drive from Villajoyosa and Benidorm up towards the Costa Blanca mountains.

If you drive the AP-7 north from Alicante, you will see these beautiful residential areas on the left up the mountain side. We would probably characterize the area as an exclusive residential area, although it is not quite as exclusive as Altea Hills. But here you can find luxury villas/houses, modern large houses and nice terraced houses. Some people feel that you have to live closer to the sea when you are in Spain. But if you take a trip to Finestrat, you might change your mind. Here you will find fantastic mountain scenery, several beautiful residential areas, a short distance to the attractions Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar. It is not very far to Benidorm and Aqualandia either. Very close to the residential areas up on the mountainside, is the fantastic golf course Puig Campana Golf with fantastic views down to the Mediterranean and the underlying cities, such as Benidorm and Villajoyosa. It is also a short drive to the slightly larger towns such as the sports town of La Nucia and the mountain town of Polop. The village of Finestrat is a wonderfully cozy little place located directly below a large mountain with fantastic scenery and views. If you can live a few minutes from the sea then we would certainly recommend and take a trip to look at this residential area, but not necessarily just to buy a home. This is a nice excursion anyway.
