La Zenia - apartments and houses near shopping center/mall

The La Zenia area contains La Zenia Boulevard, the Alicante province's largest shopping centre/mall. There are many apartments and other types of housing near this fantastic outdoor centre.

Something many people look for when buying an apartment or other type of housing in Spain is proximity to infrastructure such as shopping, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, doctors/dentists, as well as the beach and other activities such as water parks and more. You can find all of this in or near La Zenia. The La Zenia Boulevard shopping center is in a class of its own in Alicante province. And there are not many such shopping centers in the whole of Europe. In the shopping center you will find everything from brand stores. And even for men who hate shops, there are many restaurants and bars where the man can enjoy himself while the wife shops. And there is very easy free parking under the centre. La Zenia is located a little south of Torrevieja.

Housing prices in Orihuela Costa such as La Zenia are somewhat lower than elsewhere along the Alicante coast. And there is usually a very large range of options. It takes approx. 45 minutes from Alicante airport to La Zenia along the main AP-7 road. It also only takes a few minutes to the beautiful beaches of Playa La Zenia or Playa Flamenca from most places in La Zenia.

If you have a somewhat limited budget to buy an apartment or house near the sea, then La Zenia is certainly one of the places you should start looking. But of course you will also find houses and apartments in a higher price range.
