San Juan - a suburb of Alicante city with the province's longest city beach

San Juan de Alicante is a suburb of Alicante city with approx. 25,000 people. The city is best known for the long city beach, which is incredibly beautiful. But the city has an incredible selection of restaurants/bars, nightlife, golf course in the city, an active sports environment and a cultural environment as well as good communication to the city of Alicante and to the north.

In addition to the length of the sandy beach, the beach is very wide with a nice promenade with many nice restaurants and bars with good toilet facilities. The tram/tram has a stop almost directly on the beach, so you can easily get to San Juan beach from other cities in the north of the province. The good communication to both the city of Alicante and to other cities in the province means that living in San Juan both gives the feeling of a big city and easy access to other smaller cities. This is probably not the cheapest place to buy a home, and there aren't that many newly built homes to be found anymore. Activities in San Juan de Alicante

It can actually be a bit difficult to find out where the border is between San Juan and Alicante city, so you easily get a big city feeling even though it is a smaller city. Since the beach is both very long and wide, you will find many sand volleyball courts where matches and tournaments are played. You can even find sand football pitches here, so it's a very active beach. Inside the city you will find an active nightlife and restaurant environment with both Michelin restaurants and other various international restaurants and clubs of a high standard. In the middle of the city, but within walking distance of the beach, there is also a very exciting golf course - Alicante Golf. This is an 18-hole golf course where many holes are close to homes. At certain holes, it feels like playing in a condominium team. Alicante Golf also has its own hotel. Just 200 meters from the entrance to the golf course is the Club Deportivo Arena Alicante sports centre. This is a giant sports and fitness centre, with a large gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, paddling courts, football pitches and medical assistance for illness and injuries and more. As you can see, this is a very active city in addition to the fantastic beach. By buying a home in San Juan, you can cover absolutely all needs and you are very close to the city of Alicante .
