Campoamor is centrally located on the Orihuela Costa, and centrally located to the beach, golf, shopping, restaurants

There are probably few places in Alicante province that have such a short distance to all central activity opportunities as Campoamor or Dehesa Campoamor as the area around the beaches is called. Some homes are located almost on the beach. It is only approx. 8 minutes to Zenia Boulevard and approx. 14 min. to Campoamor Golf Course from the beach. There are restaurants everywhere.

Dehesa Campoamor is centrally located on the Orihuela Costa. There are beaches in all directions, but Playa La Glea is undoubtedly the largest beach on the Orihuela Costa. It is also very close to the marina. The marina has room for 350 watercraft with access to water and electricity. The marina is a popular place because of all the facilities. Due to the sandy beach's layout, you can try your hand at water sports and diving activities. Another blue flag beach is Cala Agua Marina. A quiet bay located between the residential developments of Cabo Roigand Dehesa Campoamor.

In addition to the golf course Campoamor Golf, there are also two other 18-hole golf courses, Las Colinas Golf and Las Ramblas Golf, within a 15-minute drive from the beach. The exact distance depends on where in Campoamor you live. Campoamor is in many ways a mecca of golf. But Orihuela Costa and Campoamor are not only a golf mecca, but just as much a shopping mecca. Only 8 minutes from the beach is La Zenia and the outdoor center Zenia Boulevard.

The Zenia Boulevard shopping center is in a class of its own in the Alicante province, and is a bit special as almost everything in the shops is outdoors. The fact that everything can take place outdoors is of course due to the wonderful climate you have on the Orihuela Costa. There are not many such shopping centers in the whole of Europe. In the shopping center you will find everything from brand stores. And even for men who hate shops, there are many restaurants and bars where the man can enjoy himself while the wife shops. There is also very easy and free parking under the centre. Restaurants and bars can be found everywhere both along the beach, on Zenia Boulevard and up towards the road N332. There are also many fine hotels, especially in connection with the golf courses.

In the area there are many types of housing, villas, houses, terraced houses and apartments. This area is a great area to live. And the prices are also somewhat lower than up north in the Alicante province. Some call Campoamor the "capital" of Orihuela Costa, although the "capital" of Orihuela is Orihuela town , which is over 2 miles inland. It takes just under 1 hour from Alicante airport to Dehesa Campo along the main AP-7 road.
