When we arrived at the store, we quickly saw that the store was designed with modern luxury in mind. We also had to go through a glass door with a security guard. Once we set foot inside the store, it smelled of exclusivity, so we were actually a little worried that the price level and product range were a little higher than we had thought. We had also hoped that the price level in Alicante might be a little lower than what we were familiar with from before. We found out quite quickly that it was, so we could relax a little and enjoy both the view of the products and the service.

Each brand had its own personal areas with separate tables for conversations and needs assessments so that the customer did not have to listen to each other.
